How AgentPlays Verifies AI Agent Publishers
Why Publisher Verification Matters
Enterprise buyers who deploy AI agents are trusting those agents with sensitive data, critical workflows, and real business outcomes. Before that trust can be extended, buyers need confidence that the publisher behind the agent is legitimate, accountable, and professional. This is why AgentPlays manually verifies every publisher on the platform.
AgentPlays's 4-stage publisher verification pipeline
Stage 1 — Organization Registration
Every publisher begins by submitting a complete organization profile: company name, contact person, email, phone, industry, country, and website. Incomplete profiles are returned immediately. This initial gate ensures only serious publishers enter the review queue.
Stage 2 — Admin Review
The OB360 admin team manually reviews each submission. They verify the website is active and professional, the contact email is responsive, the company description is accurate, and the organization does not duplicate an existing verified publisher. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Stage 3 — Agent Listing Review
Once an organization is approved, every individual agent they submit goes through its own review. Admins check that descriptions are accurate, demo links are working, pricing models are clear, and categories are correctly assigned. Misleading claims or broken demos result in rejection.
Stage 4 — Ongoing Monitoring
Verification is not a one-time event. Approved organizations are monitored on an ongoing basis. Buyer complaints, expired demo links, or policy violations can trigger a review — and publishers may be suspended if standards are not maintained.
Every "Approved" badge on AgentPlays means a real team reviewed that publisher and confirmed they are legitimate. You can reach out with confidence knowing the publisher has been held to a professional standard.
Every publisher on AgentPlays has passed our verification process.
