The 5-stage agent submission pipeline on AgentPlays
What Admins Check During Review
- Is the agent description accurate, clear, and not misleading?
- Is the demo URL working and leading to a legitimate product?
- Is the pricing model clearly stated and appropriate?
- Does the agent category match its actual function?
- Is the organization profile complete and verified?
- Are the uploaded images high quality and relevant?
Common Reasons for Rejection
- Broken or missing demo URL
- Description that is too vague or uses misleading claims
- Wrong category selection
- Organization profile not fully completed
- Duplicate submission of an existing agent
How to Respond to a Rejection
If your agent is rejected, you will receive an email with the specific reason. Log in to your dashboard, open the agent, read the admin feedback, make the required changes, and re-submit. Most agents that address admin feedback are approved on the second submission.
Before submitting, read your full description as if you are a buyer seeing your agent for the first time. If anything is unclear or unverifiable, fix it before you submit.
Most complete submissions are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.
